Here are the instructions for completing  your upcoming visa application.

 

• Once registration payment has been received you will be given a link.

• All visas for delegates  will be processed by Royal Thimphu College, RTC (this is covered in your registration fee). 

• Fill out the Bhutan visa form as per the given guidelines (on link )

• Scanned passport copy (bio page as given in the guideline)

• Passport-size photo (size specified in the guideline)

• CV/resume (2-3 pages)

• Endorsement letter from IASE including person's name, passport number, and designation will be provided to you at the time of submission.

All guests/coordinators are kindly requested to ensure the following:
1. All documents must be submitted in PDF format, with each file size less than 2 MB
2. Passport-size photograph must be in JPG or PNG format
3. All documents should be clearly scanned, preferably in high resolution and color
