I want to share some important information regarding technology issues in the Czech Republic.
In addition, we want to make sure that you are aware of what will be available in each of the conference rooms that you will use for your professional presentation.
First, make sure that you bring a proper adapter for your phone and computer use in the Czech Republic. I have used the Apple international adapters as shown below but make sure you bring a Type C or E power adapter, C being the most common.

Second, the Pilsen Conference Committee has shared that there will be a PC computer and projector in each room with a staff person available for assistance. They have also recommended that you bring your presentations on a USB drive and use either a PDF or Powerpoint format as the PC computers will be set up to manage these formats. Important note: They are not set up for Apple Mac computers, as it will complicate their system work, so again
Bring your work on a USB Flash/Thumb drive in pdf or Powerpoint.
Third, Please remember to bring at least one item for both our silent auction and the Gala Dinner Live Auction which will raise funds for the support of our international members. The item should be of value and interest to the many attendees who have traveled from 33 different countries.
