The first IASE journal was the creation of our founder and visionary, Dr. Marg Csapo. She wanted to provide our members with a forum for global issues, information about special education in various parts of the word and insight about national and international issues.

Marg continues to work as the editor of the International Journal of Special Education (now an online journal).
IASE moved in the direction of having The Journal of the International Association of Special Education (JIASE) as its official publication.

The Online Journal (International Journal of Special Education) Fall issue will now be made available to all of our IASE members in honor of Marg and the work she has done and continues to do through research and best practices for children and youth around the world.
