School and Agency Visits

June 27th

Dear IASE 2024 Delegates,

Should you wish to participate in our pre-conference site visits, on Wednesday June 27, 2024,  click on link marked Site visits below to find a list of suggested onsite settings, including schools or social services settings, provided within the city of Pilsen or nearby.

We have organized nine different site visit options, each with the capacity of 5 people max and each named by a different color for better orientation. Participants will gather at a pre-arranged meeting point, the well-known and still glorified Memorial called "Thank you America," (https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Díky,_Ameriko!#/map/0) located at Americká Street, on behalf of those who liberated our city in 1945.

You will be accompanied by our experienced guides on both visits, and translation into Czech will be provided.  Review your choices by clicking on Site Visits .Then sign up here!

Children and Young Adult

Art Work Exhibition

The "Inclusion Collection" at the IASE conference comprises five distinctly curated exhibitions, poised to showcase a compelling theme while emphasizing distinct perspectives. Leading the showcase is "My Life," a presentation by Art for All from the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, United States. This exhibition eloquently captures the journeys of transition students from the Czech Republic and the United States, utilizing evocative photographs to document their daily lives and articulate their dreams for the future.

Do not miss this new feature of our IASE Conference!

IASE is dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in special needs education. IASE promotes collaborative and sustained excellence between academicians and professionals from educational, business and community sectors. The aim of IASE is to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various educational, business and community sectors with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research and inclusive practices of special needs in education.

How to Donate and Support a Teacher and or Student from the Czech Republic

Don't forget we are accepting sponsorships for a teacher and or a student from the Czech Republic.  For $100 USD you can help a teacher and or student attend our upcoming conference. We are accepting donations starting this year, 2024. Get a head start toward supporting inclusive education worldwide. Just donate and continue to Raise Your Hand toward our future.  In the past our IASE members and outside donors have funded over 25 individuals who otherwise would not be able to attend our conferences.  We will connect you with the educator or student you sponsored too!
